Support Group Facilitator Application Form

To volunteer as a support group facilitator, please apply to: Volunteer Support Officer, Aware, 72 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2, with all of the following:

(1) a completed application form (below)
(2) a completed Garda vetting form (below).

Important Notes
* All volunteers must be at least 21 years of age.
* At least one written reference will be required as part of your application. You may either include this with your application or bring it to your interview.
* Given the nature of our support groups, and the trust required in facilitator-group relationships, please apply only if you are willing to make a long-term commitment.
* Due to the potential for conflicts of interest to arise, practising therapists and counsellors are not eligible to facilitate support groups.
* Please make sure that your application is complete with all the necessary documents (see above).
