A refundable booking fee applies on both the Aware Life Skills Group programme and also the Aware Relatives/Friends programme.
When is my booking fee refunded?
- If you decide not to take up your place on your selected programme, your fee will be refunded if you contact Aware by email or phone at least 48 hours before the programme start date to cancel your place. (In this case, we may be able to offer the place to someone else.)
- Once you have completed all sessions of your selected programme (six sessions for Life Skills Group; four sessions for Relatives/Friends programme), you may request a refund of your booking fee by emailing or phoning Aware.
- If you wish to cancel your programme registration but do not contact Aware at least 48 hours prior to your programme start date, your booking fee will not be refunded.
