12 Pins Motor Challenge

We're always interested to see people coming up with new ways of supporting our work - and this autumn, another imaginative example will take place in Co. Galway.

A one-day event on 23 October, the 12 Pins Motor Challenge will see cars of contestants competing against each other to solve clues and complete challenges in the scenic mountainous surrounds of Connemara. The event is a challenge rather than a race so normal rules of the road will apply.

The challenge will start and end at The Twelve Hotel in Bearna, covering approximately 120 miles in a loop during the day, with a prizegiving ceremony and entertainment afterwards.

Entry costs €50 per car. As places are limited, you'll need to sign up in advance to make sure of your spot - to do so, just email motorchallengeireland@gmail.com
