Email Support Service

Just a quick note about our email support service to apologise for the recent delays responding to some messages.

While we normally aim to respond to all emails to our wecanhelp@aware.ie address within one working day or thereabouts, we're aware that some people have had to wait longer than that for a reply in the last week or two. As a voluntary organisation, however, we can sometimes fall behind when a lot of messages come through in a short period or when people are unavailable to answer messages through illness, etc.

We're currently training more of our volunteers to use our email system which will hopefully help to prevent this in future. And remember, for urgent support queries, you can also call our telephone helpline on loCall 1890 303 302.
