We’re Hiring - Head of Fundraising

With more than 400,000 people experiencing depression at any one time in Ireland, the development of our core services and our need for fundraising support is greater than ever before. Aware is now looking to recruit a Head of Fundraising to develop and manage a renewed fundraising strategy to ensure the long-term growth and sustainability of our income.

Key Skills & Competencies:

The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of donors, with a broad focus on high level partnerships, developing a regular donor programme, accessing grants, promoting legacies and reviewing existing events and community initiatives. He/she will work closely with the CEO and members of the fundraising team to achieve this success. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior fundraising role, and a proven track record in managing and developing all aspects of a major funding programme with measurable and successful results.
