The Aware helpline will be temporarily unavailable for a number of weeks, from 10pm on Monday 27^th February, resuming at 10am on Monday 26^th March. This temporary action is necessary in order to facilitate an internal restructuring process which aims to ensure that the service will be more effective for users and will also be available to a greater number of people.

During this period, we recommend that anyone who wishes to access a telephone helpline service, contacts the Samaritans on 1850 60 90 90 or 1Life on 1800 24 7 100. Our other support services (email, online support groups, nationwide support groups) will also continue to be fully operational throughout this time.
