We've run a number of online support groups as part of our pilot phase already and feedback has been very positive so far.

At the moment, we're looking to run a session for relatives and loved ones of those suffering from depression. While we've run a few 'specialist' groups already, including one specifically for sufferers of bipolar disorder last night, we have yet to offer an online meeting for relatives.

To take part, please email website@aware.ie for information on signing up to the service. Please include a brief description of your current situation in your message (e.g. "My husband suffers from depression and has done for several years. He is on medication but I find it very tough to support him at times"), along with answers to the following questions:

(1) Do you have a reliable broadband connection?
(2) Are you a regular user of email and/or online message boards?

We hope to run a meeting next week, numbers permitting.
