Following on from this year's Connemara Cycle and the Killybegs-Letterkenny charity cycle we announced yesterday, we've got yet another cycling challenge for you - the Race Around Ireland.

And what a challenge it is. Taking in over 2,000km in all, from the Giants' Causeway down to the Ring of Kerry, the strict time limit for finishing (5 and a half days for individuals, less again for teams) makes this an endurance test like very few others.

Participants are encouraged by organisers to race in aid of a charity so all you Aware-supporting cyclists, take note! More information available here.

Of course, it's still nothing compared to the 30,000km trip that is Revolution Cycle (also in aid of Aware). The lads are currently in the UK and are due back on May 15th. You can sponsor their epic journey to support Aware's work here.
