Walk 4 Aware Update

Thanks to everyone around the country who's been in touch so far about Walk4Aware and is walking or organising a walk.

We've recently added new walks in Tralee, Tipperary Town, Stradbally in Co. Laois and Bunmahon in Co. Waterford. While we were originally focussing on Sunday May 9th, a number of walks are now taking place on other dates, including one on a Tuesday - so don't be afraid to suggest alternative dates to us.

See the complete list so far here or follow this link for more information on organising a Walk4Aware - it really doesn't take a lot of effort and it's a great excuse to get out and celebrate the arrival of summer (after a three-year absence). And remember, you can sign up online for all our walks in advance. Registration is now free to anyone who takes a sponsorship card in advance, or you can register for any walk on the day for €15.
