Mental health information day in Cork

The West Cork Mental Health Forum is holding an information day in Skibbereen on Tuesday 4 October. Highlighting the importance of good mental health, the theme of the day will be "No health without mental health".

The event takes place in the West Cork Hotel, Skibbereen, and will run from 10.30am until 3pm. Aware will have an information stand there on the day, as will other organisations. There will also be a number of talks, including a presentation on See Change, the national campaign that aims to bring about positive change in public attitudes and behaviour towards people with mental health problems.
