Studies show that singing improves our mood, and can impact positively on people’s physical, social and emotional well-being. We are asking choirs all over Ireland to organise a concert or musical event surrounding World Mental Health Day (Monday 7th – Sunday 13th October 2019), to promote mental well-being in local communities and to support Aware by raising vital funds to allow us deliver our free of charge support, education and information services nationwide.
If your choir is interested in taking part and would like more information, please call Drew Flood on 086 6069736 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no need to worry about organising tickets or collecting money as Aware will provide an online ticketing system for you to direct potential attendees to. This will allow people to buy and print off their tickets.
Even if this week doesn't suit, we are happy to support a concert occurring at a different time in aid of Aware, please get in touch.
Available Monday to Sunday from 10am - 10pm.More Information
