Life Skills Online Programme

Good luck to the 210 people starting our 8-week Life Skills Online programme this week.

Aware’s Life Skills Online programme is a self-directed online programme based on the principals of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Participants receive one-to-one online feedback once a week for 8 consecutive weeks by an Aware volunteer. The programme provides an opportunity for participants to learn how to manage feelings of stress, worry, anxiety or depression, and learn simple and practical skills to help cope with life’s challenges.

If you are interested in participating in Aware’s Life Skills Online programme please click the orange ‘Apply Now’ button below and complete the online application form. Please note that due to the current high demand for our Life Skills Online programme, once you have completed the online application form, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list. Aware will contact you as soon as a volunteer supported place on the programme becomes available.

Hello! I clicked on ‘apply’ but it says the page doesn’t exist. I was asked to enter my details on wufoo but I’m not sure if this is legit or not. Thanks,
    Pauline

      Hi Pauline,
This page was published in August. The next Life Skills Online programme will begin October 28th. We will open online registration then on Aware.ie. Please check our homepage closer to the time or our Facebook page. We will let everyone know that registration is opening a few days in advance.
      Thank you.
