Aware’s Life Skills Online programme is a self-directed online programme based on the principals of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Participants receive one-to-one online feedback once a week for 8 consecutive weeks by an Aware volunteer. The programme provides an opportunity for participants to learn how to manage feelings of stress, worry, anxiety or depression, and learn simple and practical skills to help cope with life’s challenges.
