Description

Dr. Colman Noctor is a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist in St Patrick’s Mental Health Services and an Assistant Professor at TCD. His special interest area is the impact of technology on mental health. Here he discusses protecting mental health and promoting resilience amongst the contemporary challenges of the technological era and a culture of increasing stress and anxiety. Colman is the author of 'Cop On' a parenting book which deals with the navigation of technology and is a regular contributor to broadcast and print media.
