Life Skills Online June 2016

Aware’s free-of-charge CBT based Life Skills ONLINE programme is now open for registration. This programme is aimed at individuals who are experiencing mild to moderate depression, stress and/or anxiety. You can fit this programme around your own schedule and work though it over 8 weeks in the comfort of your own home. As each place is supported one-to- one by a trained volunteer places are limited.

      Hello Rosaleen, the information on this webpage is related to Aware’s online programme. Aware will release more places on the one-to-one volunteer supported programme on August 29th. Aware’s Life Skills Group programmes will commence in September 2016. Please keep an eye on Aware’s homepage and Facebook page for updates on locations closer to this time.
