Participants Wanted: Online Mental Health Self-Help Programmes

Manuela Ascari is a PhD researcher in the School of Nursing and Human Sciences at Dublin City University, under the supervision of Dr Mary Farrelly and Dr Líam Mac Gabhann. As part of her research, she is recruiting participants for a study on the use of ‘online mental health self-help programmes’ by adults with mental ill health.

Participation involves completing a 25 minute anonymous online survey about the use of online mental health self-help programmes and the associated technology. To participate in the study you must be at least 18 years of age and currently live in Ireland.
