Young Adult Support Groups

These support group are for young adults dealing with depression, bipolar disorder or related mood disorders. They are open to anyone aged 18 - 26 years of age. Like all Aware support groups they are free to attend, are facilitated by two trained volunteers and uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach. The CBT approach focuses on what ‘helpful actions’ we can take even in times of difficulty.

Young Adults’ Group (Dublin)

Where? Aware Office, 72 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2.
When? Every Thursday at 7.30pm.

Young Adults’ Group (Cork)

Where? Inniscarraig Centre, Western Road, Cork, (grounds of Erinville Hospital)
When? Every Wednesday at 8pm.
