Support Line and Support Mail Services

Following the Aware Strategy 2014-2016, the helpline and email service will be repositioned so that Aware’s three support services form a more cohesive unit. The helpline will be renamed as a Support Line and the email support service as Support Mail.The new address for the Support Mail service will be This should allow service users to more easily understand the range of support options available to them within Aware and does not change the service offered by volunteers.

Aware’s purpose is to provide information, education and support for people who experience depression or related mood disorders and their concerned family members and friends. As well as our educational programmes; Life Skills, Wellness@Work and Beat the Blues, Aware offers three core support services: Support Line, Support Mail and Support Groups.
