Registration is now open for Aware’s free-of-charge CBT based, online programme supported one-to-one by trained volunteers.
Breege Leddy, Director, CBT-I Specialist, The Insomnia Clinic, Bon Secours Hospital will present ‘The link between sleep and depression’.
Aware is now recruiting volunteer Support Group Facilitators for weekly depression & bipolar support meetings in 11 counties.
‘Is social anxiety getting you down?’ will be presented by Odhran McCarthy, Senior Clinical Psychologist & Founder / Director of Social Anxiety Ireland, Mater Hospital
Dr Claire Hayes will present ‘Exploring the links between depression and anxiety’.
Programmes will be available in Dublin, Westmeath, Cork, Donegal, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Limerick and Waterford starting mid-September.
For individuals and concerned loved ones who are seeking support and information about managing depression, anxiety or other related mood disorders.
The Limerick support group venue is not available on June 17th. There will be no meeting on this date.
