Three free programmes open today for registration, starting at the beginning of February 2022.

Life Skills Group Programme

With expert guidance, learn how to better manage the stress of everyday life, recognise and manage unhelpful thoughts, learn new ways of thinking and ultimately begin the journey to a healthier and more confident life.

  • 90 min per week for 6 weeks

Relatives & Friends Programme

Aims to help relatives/friends identify helpful options and actions available to them if someone they care about is experiencing depression or bipolar disorder. The content addresses the signs and symptoms of depression and bipolar disorder, offers practical advice on self-care, teaches coping tools, communication skills and addresses the issues that arise for people who are supporting a loved one. At the end of the programme, take away a personalised action plan.

Living Well With Bipolar Disorder Programme

This programme is delivered by experienced mental health professionals, to provide people with bipolar disorder with opportunities to understand and manage the condition, equipped with the knowledge & tools to live well. Whether just diagnosed, or living with bipolar disorder for years, this programme has something for everyone.

  • 90 min per week for 8 weeks
