Wellbeing Programmes

Our Adult Programmes

Mental health is something that we all have and something that we need to work at. It enables us to participate fully in life and get the most out of what we do. Whether you are living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder, supporting a loved one, or you are simply looking to learn more about your mental health and how to protect it – we have the education programme for you. Click on the links below to find out more.

Not sure which of our education programmes is for you? Join our free online information sessions on Monday March 25th from 12pm.

These 20 minute information sessions will help you gain a better understanding of our Life Skills Programme, our Relatives & Friends Programme, and our Living Well With Bipolar Disorder Programme so you can make an informed decision on which programme is a good fit for you! A past participant will also offer their perspective and what they found beneficial from the programme.
