Relatives Information

A volunteer is available to provide information on all Aware services including the Relatives Education Programme, and how they can support you, your family, friends and colleagues. See locations and times below.

Relatives Information (Dublin)

Where? St Patrick's University Hospital, James's Street, Dublin 8.
When? On the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7pm. There will be a stand outside the lecture theatre before every monthly lecture.

Relatives Information (Cork)

Where? Inniscarraig Centre, Grounds Old Erinville Hospital, Western Road, Cork City, Co Cork (pedestrian access via the Western Rd, vehicle access via Dyke Parade (Mardyke) around the block)
When? On the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm.

Family and friends have an important role in helping someone to manage their experience of depression or bipolar disorder. However, it is important that all involved have access to support and information in order to ensure that they are best placed to manage the condition and its impact.
