You are not alone. We're here to support you.

If you’re living with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, or related mood conditions, or if you’re concerned about someone you care about, we’re here to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can find support, compassion, and guidance.

All of our services are free.

  • Support Line and Support Mail are available seven days a week.

  • Support & Self-Care Groups run daily, offering connection and tools for wellbeing.

  • The Solace Café is an out-of-hours in-person community space in South County Dublin, providing mental health support.

Our Support Line is available to anyone seeking support and information about anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder – for themselves or a loved one. The service is available 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm. 

Support & Self Care Groups

Our Support & Self Care Groups offer a supportive and  confidential environment where you can talk openly about depression, bipolar disorder, other related mood conditions and their impact. Peers share their experiences, understanding and thoughts and techniques around self-care and resilience.

Our Support Mail provides support and information for
individuals concerned about their mood, or the mood of a loved one.

Solace Café

The Solace Café is a free out of hours friendly and supportive community space open to anyone from the Dublin South area requiring mental health support.
