Dr Clare Kambamettu is a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working with both adults and children. She is a passionate advocate for improving mental health by building resilience as individuals and in our communities. Clare is a regular speaker at events including Wellfest, Beo Wellness and others and is also a presenter of the RTE series EcoEye.
Dr Sheila Gilheany is Chief Executive Officer at Alcohol Action Ireland, the national independent advocate for reducing alcohol harm. Sheila has a background in physics and has extensive experience in policy development and advocacy. She has led a range of not-for-profit organisation in science, education, public engagement and social enterprise.
Dr Paul D’Alton is Associate Professor of Psychology and Head of Psychology at St Vincent’s University Hospital. He is founder and Director of the MSc in Mindfulness Based Interventions at UCD. He has completed a number of funded research projects and has presented and published research both nationally and internationally. He is also a regular media contributor.
