For our July webinar we were delighted to be joined by Professor Mark Freeston, Research Director, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University to discuss the role of overthinking in mental health. We explored how rumination, intrusive thoughts, and excessive worry are different in depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).
