We are confident that this programme will help:

At the end of the programme, you will take away your own personal action plan.

The programme is delivered in a workshop style to offer a participative learning environment. Each session is 90 minutes long.

The workshops provide an opportunity for discussion but at no stage is anyone asked to share information if they do not wish to. Each group will contain a maximum of 20 people.

It is strongly recommended that you register only if you can attend the complete duration of 4 weeks, as each week compliments the previous week and builds upon it.

*The Relatives & Friends Education Programme is free however a refundable** booking fee of €30 is now in place to ensure that people who really want to do the programme actually have the opportunity to do so. If you are a student, unemployed, an OAP or hold a medical card you are eligible for a reduced refundable booking fee of €10.

**Please note the refund of the booking fee can be requested by calling Aware head office on 01 6617211 once all four modules are completed.
