This free* four week programme aims to provide helpful information about depression and bipolar disorder. It provides practical skills that will help you to deal with the situation you and your loved one are in, addressing many of the particular challenges you face.

At the end of the programme, you will take away your own personal action plan.
The programme is delivered in a workshop style to offer a participative learning environment. Each session is 90 minutes long.
The workshops provide an opportunity for discussion but at no stage is anyone asked to share information if they do not wish to. Each group will contain a maximum of 20 people.
It is strongly recommended that you register only if you can attend the complete duration of 4 weeks, as each week compliments the previous week and builds upon it.
*The Relatives & Friends Education Programme is free however a refundable** booking fee of €30 is now in place to ensure that people who really want to do the programme actually have the opportunity to do so. If you are a student, unemployed, an OAP or hold a medical card you are eligible for a reduced refundable booking fee of €10.
