Life Skills Group Progamme
The Aware Life Skills Group Progamme is a six week programme designed to help participants learn simple and practical skills to cope with feelings of mild to moderate stress, anxiety or depression.
The September intake will open for registration on Monday 28th August, with courses starting the week beginning 18th September.
The programme allows participants to learn some of the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and apply them to their own life. There is excellent evidence that CBT works for the treatment of anxiety and mild to moderate depression and many previous participants of our Life Skills course have found it to be hugely beneficial to them.
