March 2019 Education Programmes

The next phase of Aware's Life Skills Group Programme &  Relatives & Friends Programmes will open for registration on Monday 18 February 2019.

Life Skills Programme

The Life Skills Group Programme is delivered over the course of six weeks in 90 minute evening sessions. With the help of a series of easy-to-follow booklets and expert guidance from a trained facilitator at each session, you can learn how to better manage the stress of everyday life, recognise and manage unhelpful thoughts, learn new ways of thinking and ultimately begin the journey to a healthier and more confident life.

Relatives & Friends Programme

The Relatives & Friends Programme is a psychoeducational programme designed specifically for those supporting a loved one experiencing depression or bipolar disorder. The programme, which is six hours over the course of four weeks, aims to provide helpful information about depression and bipolar disorder, provide practical skills and address the challenges faced each day when supporting a loved one. This programme is available to anyone over the age of 18 years.
